Abstract: Das Projekt MUMMY hat in 2005 eine Reihe von Feldtests durchlaufen, um die realen Auswirkungen des mobilen Informationsmanagement in den jeweiligen Geschäftsprozessen zu evaluieren. Die Ergebnisse dieser Feldtests im Bereich Facility Management werden in diesem Artikel zusammengefasst. Die Evaluation basiert auf Datenerhebungen während der Tests, sowie Interviews mit Benutzern und zuständigen Prozess-Managern.
