|Abstract:||Sustainability cannot be achieved without the support of people both knowledgeable and motivated, primarily through education and awareness, to modify behaviour and lifestyles, and to press for change by government and business. In previous UN Conferences there was unanimous agreement that education is "critical for promoting sustainable development and increasing the capacity of the people to address environment and development issues". In this paper we will propose contents for sustainability modules that should be well integrated into the curricula of education within Universities of Applied Sciences.|
