dc.description.abstractA fast-GC PTR-ToF-MS method coupled to an autosampler, for analysis of volatiles above ground coffee samples has been developed and validated. The results have shown that many of the molecular formulas detected by PTR-ToF-MS, commonly associated with coffee volatiles are actually numerous compounds as separated by fast-GC.de_CH
