Abstract: | To determine the stabilizing role of anterolateral ligament reconstruction (ALLR) and modified Lemaire lateral extra-articular tenodesis (LET) performed in combination with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) and to determine whether either procedure was superior to the other. |
