Abstract: Agility is a highly regarded approach in practice and research to meet the shortened action and reaction times in today's business world. The focus is on the agilisation of management pro-cesses. However, more efforts are also undergoing in strategic and leadership processes for more agile decision-making. A case study shows how companies are gaining initial experience with agile strategic processes and which questions can be derived from this for practice and re-search.
