Abstract: | The influence of a person’s environment and its modifying potential on participation is well recognized for most childhood disabilities. However, such environmental contributions to participation have scarcely been identified for adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASDs). Objectives: The aim of this scoping review was to map the existing literature (2001-2014) about supporting and hindering environments for the participation of adolescents with ASDs. |
