dc.description | Winner of IONICON Poster Awards at the 4th International PTR-MS Conference | de_CH |
dc.description.abstract | To determine water-air partition coefficients (Henry`s law constant, HLC), a series of dynamic approaches have been developed and step-wise improved, towards increased accuracy, extended temperature range and volatility range. These allow the rapid and reproducible determination of HLCs even for molecules with very low volatility, without the need of calibration. The various configurations have been applied to determine the HLCs of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) of different volatility, over the temperature range 20 to 90°C. | de_CH |
