| Abstract: | Wie geht es nach der stationären Rehabilitation nach einem Schlaganfall weiter? Wird die betroffene Person in ihrem häuslichen Umfeld zurechtkommen? Hausbesuche vor Austritt geben Ergotherapeut*innen einen Einblick in die physische und soziale Umgebung und wie sich diese auf die Betätigungsperformanz der betroffenen Person auswirkt. Klient*innenzentrierte Massnahmen können im Hinblick auf den Austritt ergriffen werden. Was spricht aus Sicht von Ergotherapeut*innen für oder gegen Hausbesuche und was heisst das für die Praxis? |
