Navigating these questions can be particularly pressing for early-career researchers, who frequently find themselves in highly competitive environments based on decisive and sometimes cloaked value systems. Choosing what to ignore, what to tolerate, and how to cultivate nurturing science communities capable of tackling collective action problems take center stage in both the presentation and workshop. |
