| Abstract: | Das Pariser Klimaübereinkommen führt zur Gesetzesrevision und zur Erweiterung der CO2-Bepreisung. Bei der Ausgestaltung der neuen Flugticketabgabe und des Klimafonds stellen sich verfassungsrechtliche Fragen. Diese neuen Instrumente müssen daher umsichtig geplant werden. Die schweizerische Lösung hat zudem internationale Gegebenheiten zu berücksichtigen. |
