Abstract:	In diesem Weihnachtsspecial gibt Alfred Angerer wie auch schon im Sommer (24.2 Laura Meierhof – Sommerpause) einen Einblick hinter die Kulissen des “Marktplatz Gesundheitswesen”. Zu Gast dieses Mal ist Johanna Stahl, wissenschaftliche Assistentin in seinem Team Management im Gesundheitswesen am Winterthurer Institut für Gesundheitsökonomie (WIG). Johanna ist Organisationspsychologin und erläutert, warum ihr Abschluss sie so spannend für ihre Tätigkeiten am WIG macht, was ihre Aufgaben rund um das Thema Podcast sind und an welchen Projekten sie derzeit schafft. Gesondert betrachten sie und Alfred dabei das vor kurzem abgeschlossene Projekt mit der Helsana Versicherungen AG zum Thema Digitalisierung (Expertenbefragung zum Stand der Digitalisierung in internationalen Konzernen), wobei spannende Thesen fallen wie z.B. «5% der Leute haben 90% der Digitalisierungsideen. Diese Leute muss man hegen und pflegen».
