| Abstract: | Im Rahmen des Praxismoduls „Projektwerkstatt“ an der Zürcher Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften (ZHAW) in Winterthur (CH) setzten sich die beiden Ergotherapie-Studentinnen Martina Maron und Sonja Wüthrich mit der Sturzprophylaxe im Alter auseinander. In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Thurvita Alters- und Pflegeheim in Wil SG wurde ein Programm zur Sturzprophylaxe entwickelt, bei welchem die beiden Studentinnen Tipps und Tricks für ein alltagsbezogenes Training an die Bewohnenden weitergaben. |
