| Abstract: | Die Frage, ob Arbeitnehmende, die im Homeoffice arbeiten bzw. arbeiten wollen, künftig mit Lohnreduktionen rechnen müssen, beschäftigt im Moment Arbeitgebende und Arbeitnehmende im In- und Ausland. Allen voran wird dies von den Tech-Giganten wie Facebook, Twitter und Google bereits umgesetzt oder mindestens geprüft. Wäre dies in der Schweiz zulässig? |
