| Abstract: | Standards werden in der Praxis nicht verhandelt. Sie werden vom Hersteller/Importeur als vorformulierte Vertragszusätze vorgegeben. Derartige Standards gelten als sogenannte Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB). Vertrags- und Kartellrecht sehen Kontrollregeln vor, um den Garagisten vor unfairen Standards zu schützen. Der Schutz kann bis zur Ungültigkeit eines Standards führen. |
