| Abstract: | Die neue Datenschutzgrundverordnung der EU (nachfolgend «DSGVO») ist bereits seit dem 25. Mai 2018 in Kraft. Die damit verbundenen Auflagen und Ansprüche an Arbeitgeber sowie Verantwortliche im HR-Bereich werfen einige Fragen bei der Umsetzung auf. Der nachstehende Beitrag steckt die wichtigsten rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen für Schweizer Arbeitgeber ab und zeigt einige praktische Hinweise für den personalrechtlichen Alltag auf. |
