| Abstract: | About the book: Sur le plan étymologique, les termes «imaginaire» et «imagination» dérivent de «imago». Ils évoquent une capacité, une faculté de penser des choses nouvelles. La Constitution, en tant qu’objet, incarne un exemple remarquable d’imagination, tant dans sa procédure que dans son contenu. Force est de constater qu’imaginer des dispositions constitutionnelles est un exercice régulièrement pratiqué en Suisse. A l’occasion de l’éméritat du Professeur Luzius Mader, 70 auteurs ont accepté de se prêter à l’exercice singulier consistant à imaginer la révision d’une ou plusieurs dispositions de la Constitution fédérale. S’inscrivant tantôt dans le registre scientifique, tantôt dans une approche plus récréative, l’ouvrage iconoclaste qui en résulte a le mérite d’exposer, dans un style concis, de nouvelles idées et thèses argumentées portant sur de nombreux enjeux sociétaux et juridiques contemporains. |
