Abstract: | CSR management function’s resource access has been used for determining firms’ level of CSR implementation. The study shows that increasing implementation relates to the reduction of the function’s resource access. This adds a temporal understanding to their relationship and suggests an institutional theory perspective that is not limited to resources. |
