|Abstract:||Job satisfaction of midwives might be associated with their possibilities to use acquired competences. We are conducting a two-phase study using mixed methods to assess the working situation of midwives in the canton of Zurich and to develop, implement and evaluate an innovative midwifery-led model of care in one hospital.|
