Abstract:	Der Beitrag soll den Leser*innen der Jusletter Schwerpunkt-Ausgabe zum Thema «Racial Profiling» eine Hilfe bieten, das Problem rassistischer Polizeikontrollen besser zu verstehen. Im ersten Teil werden verschiedene Definitionen von «Racial Profiling» vorgestellt. Anschliessend folgt ein eigener Vorschlag, wie «Racial Profiling» begriffstheoretisch eingeordnet werden kann.
