Zusammenfassung: Recently, there has been a growing interest in the usage of chatbots. However, the sustainability and overall acceptance of this technology is unclear. This study examines research on this topic and summarizes the findings. With this condensed information, a survey was carried out to determine which use cases a chatbot would have in an internal IT department. With this survey, it was possible to indicate application areas in which a chatbot could be used efficiently. Legal and technical requirements were also examined.
