Abstract:	Völkerrecht und Europarecht. Das Diskriminierungsverbot aufgrund des Alters ist ein allgemeiner Rechtsgrundsatz des Gemeinschaftsrechts. Die uneingeschränkte Zulässigkeit befristeter Arbeitsverträge für ältere Arbeitnehmende verstösst gegen Art. 6 der RL 2000/78, welcher bereits vor Ablauf der Umsetzungsfrist unmittelbare Horizontalwirkung zukommt.
