| Abstract: | Der Begriff «IT-Goverance» hatte seine Hochblütezeit vor rund 10 Jahren und die Implementierung von IT-Governance findet sich heute in Unternehmungen im Bereich des Performance Managements von IT-Operations-Organisationen wieder. Zu deren Umsetzung wird häufig die Methode COBIT verwendet. Versteht man aber die IT-Governance-Aufgabe als übergeordnete Aufgabe im Sinne des zugehörigen Standards ISO 38500, müsste sie im Kontext von Corporate Governance verstanden werden. |
