| Abstract: | Wer möchte seine Ernährungsweise nicht gerne mit etwas „aufpeppen“, was sie ohne großen Aufwand optimiert, was gut schmeckt oder auch aufregende Gesundheitswirkungen verspricht? Die Lösung liegt scheinbar auf der Hand: „Superfood“! Doch was verbirgt sich hinter diesem Begriff? Haben diese angepriesenen exotischen Lebensmittel tatsächlich einen Nutzen? Ist darin enthalten, was uns die Werbung vollmundig verspricht? Und müssen solche Lebensmittel wirklich immer exotisch und weitgereist sein, oder gibt es auch heimische Alternativen? |
