| Zusammenfassung: | Agility is a highly regarded approach in practice and research to meet the shortened action and reaction times in today's business world. The focus is on the agilisation of management processes. However, more efforts are also undergoing in strategic and leadership processes for more agile decision-making. A case study shows how companies are gaining initial experience with agile strategic processes and which questions can be derived from this for practice and research. |
