Zusammenfassung: | Living in a digital era, service providers are challenged to offer services to their customers through a wide spectrum of channels. This constant introduction of new devices and technology challenges organisations to provide rapid improvements to their IT infrastructure, while ensuring the highest user experience possible. Digital transformation stimulates the adaptation of existent business models and the creation of new ones; while society adapts to new ways to interact with services. Software systems are omnipresent in the digital transformation process; making software quality of crucial value to ensure successful digital transformation. Researchers in the field of software engineering have shown that software quality correlates with the success of requirements engineering sessions. Requirements engineering sessions can be seen as meetings or focus groups where people freely discuss what software must do. In those sessions, all software requirements are collected as a «wish list» with a concrete priority and impact. Of course, for collecting proper requirements it is necessary to follow engineering principles to formalise such a wish list. |
