| Abstract: | Ein virulentes Thema der VUCA-Welt wird bisher noch kaum umgesetzt: Agilität in die Strategieentwicklung zu integrieren. Der Beitrag stellt Forschungsergebnisse und Schritte sowie Prinzipien eines agilen Strategieprozesses vor. Unter anderem anhand anschaulicher Beispiele aus dem Forschungsprojekt wird deutlich, welche Herausforderungen und Vorteile die Strategieentwicklung für Unternehmen mittels eines agilen Strategieprozesses hat. |
