| Abstract: | In diesem Artikel wird ein Modell der projektorientierten Unternehmensführung entwickelt, das die Bereiche „Strukturen“, „Menschen“ und „Werte“ beinhaltet und innerhalb jedes Bereichs drei Komponenten unterscheidet. Das Modell entstand aus der empirischen Forschung über Erfolgsfaktoren des Multiprojekt-Managements und gilt vor allem für innovierende Unternehmen, die eine Landschaft innovativer Projekte managen. Ausgangspunkt dieser Ergebnisse war die Frage, was Innovationsführer wie Alphabet, Apple und Amazon im Projektmanagement anders machen. |
