| Abstract: | Was haben Demokratie und Grundrechte miteinander zu tun? Beide Begriffe sind in der Regel positiv besetzt und werden gelegentlich als Wert absolut gesetzt. Schranken der Grundrechtsgeltung oder Grenzen der Demokratie anzusprechen, erscheint dabei schon politisch unkorrekt. trotzdem geht es im Folgenden darum, nach einer Klärung der beiden Begriffe ihr Zusammenspiel näher zu untersuchen und der Frage nachzugehen, welchen Beschränkungen sie wechselseitig unterliegen müssen und welchen Gefährdungen sie ausgesetzt sind. |
