Abstract:	Die Schweizer Wirtschaft hat rund 260 000 KMU. Deren regulatorisches Umfeld wird immer anspruchsvoller. Die Behörden zögern nicht mehr, auch KMU bei Rechtsverstössen mit drakonischen Sanktionen und Auflagen in die Pflicht zu nehmen. Eine gute Compliance hilft, dies zu verhindern.
