| Abstract: | Die Schlagworte «Digitalisierung» und «Industrie 4.0» sind spätestens seit dem letzten Jahr auch ausserhalb von Fachkreisen zu Alltagsbegriffen geworden. Sie sind technologisch begründet und stellen somit per se nicht den Anwender oder Kunden ins Zentrum. In diesem Artikel nehmen wir daher bewusst die Service-Perspektive ein: wie kann für Anwender und Kunden in ihrem Arbeitsalltag Service-Nutzen erzeugt werden bei der Bewältigung ihrer Aufgaben? |
