Abstract:	Für die Länder südlich der Sahara liegen die Wachstumsprognosen für die nächsten Jahre bei rund 6 Prozent. Doch Korruption, Analphabetismus, Gewalt und die schlechte Infrastruktur erschweren den Zugang. Außerdem ist Subsahara-Afrika immer noch die ärmste Region der Welt.
