| Abstract: | Im Gesundheitsnetz 2025 werden innovative Projekte entwickelt und in der Pilotphase wissenschaftlich begleitet. Am Beispiel des Projekts Salute zum Einsatz von Freiwilligen bei der Unterstützung von Personen mit gesundheitsbelastenden sozialen Problemen wird beschrieben, welche Erkenntnisse und Empfehlungen die Evaluation lieferte und wie diese umgesetzt wurden. |
