Abstract:	Agile Entwicklung ist mehr als Scrum. Natürlich unterstützt ein klar definiertes Vorgehen nach Scrum die Softwareentwicklung. Für eine erfolgreiche agile Entwicklung sind jedoch verschiedene Kompetenzen auf verschiedenen Ebenen erforderlich. Engineering Praktiken bilden quasi das Fundament der agilen Arbeit und auch Management-Praktiken wie iterative und inkrementelle Entwicklung sind unabdingbar. Zentral für den Erfolg sind jedoch agile Werte wie Vertrauen, Motivation oder Selbstorganisation.
