| Zusammenfassung: | Current workplace strategies tend to emphasize cost and to neglect added-value in workplace design and management. I recommend that organizations shift their focus from real estate performance (space savings, cost per space, etc.) to the real benefits of their office buildings – helping the organization meet their business objectives. Workplaces are more than containers for employees. Workplaces can add value. Therefore workplace strategies must be aligned with business strategies. The performance of workplace concepts should be tracked both, in terms of cost and in terms of value. |
