Abstract:	Neurodynamic tests and neurodynamic mobilization are utilized in physiotherapy for patients with radiating upperlimb pain induced by neck complaints. At present, the benefit obtained is based on practical experiences, because so far only few studies on their effectiveness have been done. In his article, the author describes neurodynamic tests, testing and the reliability of the tests, as well as neurodynamic mobilisation and its dosage. He also explains the neurophysiology underlying neurodynamic problems.
