Abstract:	IFMA Schweiz fördert die digitale Transformation im Immobilien- und Facility Management (FM). Das Institut für Facility Management (IFM) lehrt und forscht im Bereich FM Digital. Im Fokus stehen die digitale Datenerfassung und Informationsverarbeitung für die FM Prozessoptimierung in der Betriebsphase. Wie funktioniert die Vernetzung von Building Information Modelling (BIM) und Facility Management? Welche Chancen und Risiken sind im strategischen Facility Management des gesamten Immobilienlebenszyklus zu beachten?
