Abstract: | In Gesprächen zwischen Pflegefachpersonen und Patient/innen stellt die Herstellung von Intersubjektivität bei der Aushandlung von Wissen eine kommunikative Grundvoraussetzung dar, um institutionelle Handlungsziele zu erreichen. Der Beitrag fokussiert wissensbezogene Gesprächssequenzen in mehrsprachigen häuslichen Pflegeinterventionen in der Deutschschweiz, in denen Fachwissen aus gesprächsexternen Quellen (z. B. Hausärztin) von den Beteiligten bearbeitet wird. Unter Rückgriff auf gesprächsanalytische Zugänge und Kamios theory of territory of information (Kamio 1995) wird gezeigt, wie Pflegefachpersonen und Patient/innen Äußerungsverben (z. B. sagen) als epistemische Marker einsetzen, um ihre institutionellen Rollen im Gespräch lokal zu konstruieren. Der Artikel zeigt anhand von drei exemplarischen Analysen, wie diese Praktik in Pflegeinteraktionen eingesetzt wird und verdeutlicht damit die enge Verbindung von Wissen und sozialer Identität im untersuchten Interaktionstyp. |
