dc.description.abstract | Under the impact of the pandemic, not only the work of associations, but also psychology in the countries of Europe has changed fundamentally. Psychology has a special responsibility here, because the consequences of COVID-19 disease can have multiple and long-lasting consequences for people's physical and mental health. Accordingly, psychological services are directed at individuals and their relatives, at special risk groups, at the social environment in neighborhoods and communities, at the world of work, and at society as a whole. All of this will also lead to a reorientation of, for example, collaboration with other professions and an adaptation of psychological research and practice to support new social and economic beginnings after the COVID-19 crisis has been overcome. | de_CH |
