| Abstract: | En Suisse romande, les lotos sont une source de revenus importante pour de nombreuses associations locales. La nouvelle loi sur les jeux d’argent qui, compte tenu du droit transitoire, s’appliquera aux demandes d’autorisation déposées dès janvier 2021, apporte de nouvelles exigences et limitations à l’organisation des lotos. Cet article discute plusieurs changements importants, comme l’interdiction des intermédiaires poursuivant un but lucratif (III.3.) ou la règlementation des gains minimaux en fonction des mises (III.4.). |
