| Abstract: | Mit dem steigenden Kostendruck und den wachsenden Anforderungen hinsichtlich der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit im Gesundheitswesen sind Spitäler vermehrt gezwungen, auch die Supportprozesse im Hinblick auf Effizienz und Produktivität zu optimieren. Mittlerweile wird den Verantwortlichen im Gesundheitswesen der Einfluss und die Bedeutung des nicht-medizinischen Facility-/Infrastructure-Management Bereichs (FM) mit einem Anteil von rund einem Drittel der Kosten bewusst. |
