Abstract:	Promotoren können nicht nur einzelne Innovationsvorhaben fördern, sondern auch eine Organisation als Ganzes wandlungs- und innovationsfähiger gestalten. Der Beitrag stellt ein Kompetenzmodell der projektorientierten Organisation vor und gibt einen Überblick über Organisationsentwicklungsprozesse, die den Aufbau dieser Kompetenzen ermöglichen. Dabei wird gezeigt, welchen Einfluss die Troika von Macht-, Fach- und Prozesspromotoren auf den Verlauf und das Ergebnis hat.
