Abstract: | Die wirtschaftliche Situation hat klare Auswirkungen auf CRM. Einerseits fokussieren Unternehmen auf den Aufbau von Vertrauen zu Kunden und demonstrieren ihnen gegenüber Wertschätzung. Zum anderen besteht zunehmend Handlungsbedarf aufgrund der zunehmend sinkenden Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit. Dies zeigt die dritte Trendstudie "Swiss CRM" der Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften. |
