Abstract: | Sportsponsoring hat als Marketing-Tool gegenüber aktuellen und potenziellen Mitarbeitern an Aufmerksamkeit gewonnen. Wir konnten nachweisen, dass das hier vorgestellte Sponsoring-Engagement signifikante Auswirkungen auf das wahrgenommene Image, das Commitment gegenüber dem Unternehmen und die Arbeitszufriedenheit der Mitarbeiter hat. |
