Abstract:	«Tone from the Top»: Was so abgedroschen klingt, ist aktueller denn je. Das Wirtschaftsstrafrecht (Bribery, Antitrust, Data Protection) wird von Behörden, aber auch von Geschädigten immer konsequenter durchgesetzt. Die Organe, vor allem die oberste Führung eines Unternehmens, müssen deswegen das Unternehmen, aber auch sich selbst vor Gesetzesverstössen schützen – und zwar präventiv durch einen ganzen Katalog von ComplianceMassnahmen. Den Aufwand kann man sich aber «sparen», wenn der CLevel eines Unternehmens die Compliance nicht mit und vorlebt.
