| Abstract: | Ziel der quantitativen Online-Befragung war es, einen Eindruck über den Status quo «Prozessintelligenz» in Unternehmen zu gewinnen. Ausgehend von möglichen Treibern und Lösungselementen für analytische und praktische Prozessintelligenz wurde der Stand des Methoden- und Werkzeugeinsatzes erhoben. Das Resultat ist eine Momentaufnahme der kreativen, analytischen und praktischen Fähigkeiten, mit denen die befragten Organisationen ihre Geschäftsprozesse gestalten, ausführen, überwachen und fortlaufend weiterentwickeln. |
