Abstract:	Unter dem Projekttitel «starte! Relaunch 2017» entstand eine neues Format von der Informationsveranstaltung, für welche sich die Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB), das Amt für Abfall, Wasser, Energie und Luft (AWEL) und die Elektrizitätswerke des Kantons Zürich (EKZ) engagieren. Als Teil des Projektteams konnte die Autorin der vorliegenden Arbeit bei der Überarbeitung mitwirken, mit dem Ziel, passende Methoden zu erarbeiten, mit welchen die Pilotveranstaltung am 31. August 2017 evaluiert werden kann. Mit diesen Methoden, der Durchführung der Erfolgskontrolle und den Auswertungen entstand schlussendlich eine Sammlung von Empfehlungen. Die Dokumentation zeigt den Prozess der Überarbeitung, die im Januar 2017 startete und mit der Pilotveranstaltung vom 31. August 2017 endete. Das neue Format beinhaltet eine Gesprächsrunde, welche nach Drehbuch läuft. Fünf animierte Kurzfilme führen in das jeweilige Thema ein, über welches anschliessend diskutiert wird. Mit der Gesamtüberarbeitung änderte sich zusätzlich das Logo mit dem Logozusatz und dadurch auch das ganze Design. Dieses entstand aus den Animationsfilmen und ist auf der Internetseite und den Druckunterlagen zu finden. Die Erneuerung dieser Veranstaltung verursachte Kosten von rund 200'000 CHF. Under the title „starte! Relaunch 2017“, a new format of information event was created, in which the Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB), the department of Waster, Water, Energy and Air (AWEL) and the “Elektrizitätswerke des Kantons Zürich (EKZ)” are working together. As part of the project team, the author of this paper was able to work towards the common goal of the project, which was to find fitting methods to evaluate the pilot event of August 31st 2017. With the help of these methods, the evaluation and the results of the analysis, a collection of recommendations were made. The documentation shows the process of the relaunch that started in January 2017 and ended with the pilot event on August 31st 2017. The new format contains a round of scripted talks. Five animated short films introduce each topic that will be discussed afterwards. The relaunch also led to the redesign of the logo and therefore the whole corporate design of the format. The design was pulled from the style of the animated short films and is now visible on the website as well as in the printed documents.
