Dabei sind neue Weiterbildungsformen gefragt, die nicht isoliert erfolgen, sondern Teil einer übergeordneten Initiative sind. Denn der Mehrwert einer massgeschneiderten betriebsinternen Weiterbildung, der sogenannten Corporate Education, ist erkannt. |
