dc.description.abstractQue se passe-t-il après un séjour en réadaptation suite à un AVC? Est-ce que la personne concernée va s’y retrouver dans son environnement quotidien? Des visites de domicile avant la sortie donnent une idée à l’ergothérapeute sur l’environnement physique et social, et sur la façon dont ces éléments influencent la performance occupationnelle de la personne concernée. Des mesures centrées sur les client·e·s peuvent être ainsi prises en vue de la sortie. Du point de vue des ergothérapeutes, quels éléments parlent en faveur ou contre les visites de domicile, et que cela signifie-t-il pour la pratique?de_CH
