Abstract:	In financial consulting, too, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence are increasingly used. Fintech providers already completely dispense with consultants and investors can invest money via so-called Robo Advisors. This leads us to the question whether and in which cases the client advisor will be needed in the future or whether he can be completely replaced by robots. In addition, the question arises as to how the job profiles in the bank‘s customer advisory service will change as a result of this digitalization.
