| Zusammenfassung: | The Service Allocation Model for non-medical support services in hospitals (LemoS) is based on the SN EN 15221-4 norm and visualizes the different service levels in hospitals, specifically focusing on the non-medical hospital services. Its systematical and comprehensive approach enables a common understanding of Facility Management services in hospitals and as such provides the basis for more aligned research and development in the Facility Management discipline. It also contributes to more operational, processual and financial transparency within the hospital FM. |
